Run a network on Racora: declare real-radio cells, several of them, on the nodes you choose; what the controller does with each; how to check, change and remove them.
Add Subscribers
Declare a SIM to the network with a Secret and a Subscriber, and let the core controller provision it into whichever core runs.
Configure Mobility and Cell State
Declare neighbor relations, tune handover reporting and lock or bar a cell, all through the NRCell resource and applied to the running network.
